Jeanine has been a licensed real estate broker in New York since 1997.  Throughout her career, she has represented prominent companies as well as Landlords with their real estate needs.  The services she provides includes office leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, renewals, expansions and sales.

Experience:

• 2006 to Present - Jeanine began working solely as a tenant representative as a Senior Director at Paragon Group.  She has successfully made the transition to a tenant broker.  The knowledge she gained through representing Landlords during her career has proven to be an asset for her Tenant representation assignments.

• 2000 to 2006 - Jeanine was at Cushman and Wakefield, as a Tenant and Landlord representative.  In 2001, she was involved with i-park, a 1.3 million square foot property, at 1111 Marcus Avenue in Lake Success.  She was responsible for marketing the property to secure tenants and brought the building to its current occupancy rate of approximately 80%.  The tenant roster at i-park includes The New York Times, The New York Stock Exchange, Allstate, AXA Advisors, and North Shore - Long Island Jewish Health system, just to name a few. 

• 1997 to 2000 -  At Insignia/ESG Jeanine was part of the top producing office leasing team.  She worked closely with team members gathering research, site selections, dispositions and acquisitions for corporate accounts.  The team worked as both Landlord representatives and tenant representatives.  There she completed an intensive training program which focused on research and new business development.
